Can I cancel my order or change shipping address?

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you must contact us and a refund will be processed.  However, if your item has been shipped, you may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.  Delivery charge is non-refundable.  Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address.  Change request for a shipping address that has left the warehouse will require a $12 fee.  This fee is required by the courier company being used.
